I'm sure there are other food companies in town but we have been pleased with them.

They all make a per diem to pay for their food/housing. 

Alcohol is so pricey, food is pricey, sales tax is one of the highest in the country 10.1%.  2.

It's a commercial space on bottom with 14 food vendors/restauranteurs and 2 floors of apartments above. 

When possible, I like to leave some bottled water in the fridge and some non-perishable food items (bags of nuts, individually packaged bags of chips or popcorn, etc) with a note welcoming them.Toiletries are also a good idea...like the size and quantity you would find in a good hotel.  

The perks of those areas are the local food, coffee shops, and restaurants, so I don't ever need or use an appliance.

What do you think about small food markets and gas stations; convenience stores?

We are affordable compared to other vacation destinations and staying in a private cabin offers entertainment and food preparation options that add vacation value.Renting a private mountain home will be more immediately appealing than hotels when guests return to planning vacations.

Food prices are going to stay up or go up.

Along with my 9-5 job, I work a side gig as a food delivery driver for extra income!
