Including my wife who list all of my properties LOL..from my perspective I would not even give it a second thought go do your thing.I had a transaction last year with a very competent female agent in your market and she posts on BP.. she took a fairly goofed up transaction jumped into the middle of it and did a great job..

With no savings, plan, or viable product or service, they quit their jobs, thinking by doing that they would magically figure it all out and get out of the "rat race," only to find out that they had no idea what they were doing.I personally think the best route is a middle ground, which is what I am pursuing.
