All these people moving here made it so that Arizona has a ton of workers and that mixed with our low taxes and relatively lenient employment laws has drawn a ton of businesses here and they just keep coming.What are you doing to take advantage of these large businesses moving here?

Write some letters or cold text instead of cold calling.

I did use the paperwork that was suggested, but I did not know that a hardship letter was also needed.

I contacted a lender in that state and provided a my info and he saw enough to give me a pre approval letter.

One house i have aksed the neighbors about, sent multiple letters to and even called their number and left messages, ive gotten no response.
