You match a motivated seller with someone who is looking to lease-option and just act as a middle man, collect half the option fee, and go on to the next one..I plan to use this method in 2009; seems safer than a sandwich lease option deal.

Basically, the whole house is peeling, and the lead paint needs to be remediated inside and out.I imagine a scraping/light power washing method to get the loose stuff off the exterior and then repaint to encapsulate the paint is the best method.
