I have had a sit down meeting with the lender before getting pre-approved and finding a property to let them know exactly what my competitive advantages are and what my "ideal project" looks like.

Put a 5 day notice on the door you can get the verbiage from the magistrate's office @ end of 5 days go back to the magistrate fill 10 day notice (police will serve this one $40 in Cherokee County)  @ end of 10 day back to magistrate's office file 24hr ($10) notice police will file again at the end of 24hr schedule Police officer to meet you at the house you will have to move all their things to the curb/end of the drive you can change the locks @ that point.

Finally, I was a president of my 5 unit townhouse/condo in roger park, and it was very interesting in how we had to raise our HOA fees in order to meet capital expenditures...it seemed like when our toilets crashed or went away to toilet heaven, all of the others did too.  

I am glad to be working for myself vs the big therapy companies who say they are all about patient care, yet require 90-97.5% productivity from us and expect us to provide quality patient care off the clock to achieve productivity standards.
