By proceeding with the purchase knowing of the agreement and it's effect on the property you've agreed to the terms and to be bound by them.

Rather then backing out on the homeowner and risk loosing the property to foreclosure, we opted to take the project down ourselves.

Our lease is a separate document from the option agreement so that the tenant is bound by all typical lease obligations just like a traditional tenant would be without the option.

So let's be fair, they don't loose much.

If you clarify whether your are building or converting, I could help you put some loose numbers to your plans.

Although one tenant may believe their clogged disposal is more important than another's loose fridge handle, neither is an emergency and should be addressed in the order for which it was received.Hope this helps!
