I'm not saying let them get away with stuff, but make sure it's legit and don't just keep the deposit without good reason.

I am registered on the MLS but options on this platform appear to be limited.  

They offer low fees, cloud based platform and great stock options.

Haven't used them since I do my own property management, but the lead guy talked to me and seemed legit.

The tenants are used to it and it's a pretty good platform.

I’m just trying to understand typically who that owner is, not the rights for any given platform.

If it’s costing less, there should be a legit explanation. 

For that amount they:  take high quality photos, perform market rent research, advertise your rental on many platforms, field questions, show the property, collect applications, perform credit & background checks, work history/pay stubs, and provide you with a top notch lease.
