Looking to pick the brain of high end North Dallas buyers...What are you finding to be the best financing strategy when taking on large risk?

TLDR: find a portfolio buyer for the residential units, and exchange all that capital for a downpayment on a large commercial property. any thoughts/comments/critiques are much appreciated. dan

If hard money is new to you, there are tons of threads on BP about it, and my website has lots of information pages on it to gain a beginning understanding3. 

.• Google search “business accountant + {city, state}” and browse websites very quickly (1-2 minutes) and then enter the contact information of 10 accountants in your document.

Wondering if anyone has experience placing a large portion of net worth into private banks for high net worth individuals, i.e.

The drive behind it all is to put myself in a position that I can influence at a large scale.

We have a large house with a lake view that is currently rented to a retired couple while they build a house (cough, McMansion) on their own property just below the rental, directly on the waterfront.
