I think wholesaling is a violation of the law and a lot can go wrong for everyone involved.

Hey Everybody,There are multiple foreclosures listed on Auction.com in my area (hudson county, nj) that i am very interested in getting into. 

I’m curious to know what pros and cons, pearls and pitfalls exist for 10-15 unit MFH deals that involve a collection of individual houses from one development... as opposed to the apartment building type of MFH.

I never was involved with much of my dads work growing up, so I'm starting from a point of minimal knowledge.  

@Omar Khan I guess if I contacted multiple agents they would just bring me their own listings or would they look at other brokers websites/listings for me?

An LLC can be taxed as a partnership (if you have multiple people in partnership) or corporation.   

Do you want to require unanimous consent for certain actions or transactions involving a certain dollar amount? 

Real Estate Investing is not a quick way to get rich, and for the average Person depending on your time and available funds it can take a while to be able to accumulate multiple properties.
