You can read a lot of inaccurate on the internet. 

It is easy to be enamored by the professionals all over the internet that tell you "it's so easy!"

Site layout,   This may be a little disjointed, I am combining 3 different blogs and discussions I have had.1. 

It's really nice because it has a modern layout and your tenants can setup autopay. 

I like these because they the layout is conducive to a unique finished product.I have never used a bank to finance and have used very few private loans .

Doing a quick internet search it looks like foreclosure fees can be quite a lot.She said they are mailing her how much the fees are and said she'll let me know, but she didn't sound too hopeful.  

That might be in the form or layout adjustment, better utilization of the floor plan, or renovations.

The basement layout wouldn’t be livable anyway so I’m thinking leave the dirt floor but make it a bit more...appealing...somehow.

If you don't layout the ground rules to tenants, they will treat the home however they please.
