We live and invest in Kentwood, and we love the schools which our children attend.  

I really believe a new urbanist movement is happening for many of the reasons noted in the book- smaller family sizes, couples opting to not have children, gasoline prices, costs of maintaining far flung infrastructure, etc.

I guess my question is can I discriminate against children or number of residence if the building is unfit for families.
