EXPERIENCE/TRACK RECORD: A big portion of how aggressive a lender can be with their terms is your experience.

The lack of experience is frustrating but every endeavor I have attempted I have excelled at with enough time and practice and I am not planning to fail in this venture either. 

We have experience in traveling around the Western USA in our RV and have stayed in various RV parks along the way.
