If you wanted to take it a step further your county should have a local zoning board i'm pretty sure you can appeal to them as well for info in exactly what your looking for just try doing a bunch of keyword google searches i'm pretty sure something good will pop up. good luck !

I supply a basic starter set of its ( a few rolls or TP, basic soaps etc) and let guests know that only an initial basic supply is provided so they know to pack ahead.

Should the initiative pass in November, cities and counties would be allowed to change existing laws, or adopt new ordinances without any restrictions.

@Jay Hinrichs This was my initial thought and I talked to my accountant and he said that I could potentially rent it out for a couple of years and still pay no tax.

Account Closed No I am not yet in my option period yet as the seller hasn't signed my offer (which was accepting their counter from my original offer with a small caveat) but wanted to take a step back first before taking any further action.
