That heating bill sounds incredible.

In the last 4 weeks, we had an incredible run.

I know in downtown Portland, there're lots of properties with 100+ age, and people flip and sell (or rent) them with incredibly high price.

The problem I'm having is LA is so incredibly expensive, $50K won't do much out here. 

I have since gotten my real estate license, gotten a job with a commercial real estate company and have my first tenant to rep :)  This is obviously a very raw first step into the business of investing, but I know that once I made enough money I will understand my personal Market inside and out and make an incredible investment.

I actually just closed on an incredible 100 unit self storage property in Kern County to add to my portfolio.

Grocery and convenience stores are a little more regional; in Florida, Publix is popular, and if one of their stores is within a mile or two, that's probably better than if it's further away.
