You might have a few hundred fans come to a local college stadium to watch them, maybe, if you're lucky.In some locales of the country where soccer is a big-time draw -- think if a European city had a clone here, like a Portland, San Francisco, etc., you might get a few thousand fans to come out and watch.

That takes paying the taxes on the property... sometimes hundreds, sometimes thousands, and then the property owner always has the opportunity to redeem the property by paying you back with interest... so you can make some money there too... but probably not as fast as wholesaling.Hope it helps!
