It sounds like the floorplan doesn't flow like it should and from the picture posted the finishes are dated.There're two kinds of buyers (besides investors), those looking for "Pretty" and those looking for "Price"...if the house ain't "Pretty" (HGTV style), then your buyer is looking for "Price" and they want it cheap!
