As a Fraternity member who has experience in college living in rental makeshift Fraternity homes that unfortunate landlords were stupid enough to rent to me and my drunken brothers, I would advise heavily that everyone here stays entirely out of that market.

Not to mention how heavily Chicago is segregated compared to other big cities like New York, Miami, Dallas, etc.....the job growth is mainly happening on the north side and downtown areas since those areas are higher income.
