What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I've seen a people make this work successfully in Tulsa, you'd just need to be sure your goals align and the contract is set up correctly.Out of curiosity, what interested you in rent-to-own?

Here is the breakdown (for beginners) -  You can pay "Points" to reduce your interest rate.

The problem is their capital is tied up, so I've been asked if I would like to purchase the house and then lease it back to them.Here are some pros/cons that I can think of:Pros:-We haven't agreed to a rent amount, but it will be above market rate.

Recently I've realized that most of the PM companies rent out units at or below market rents and allow for an unnecessary (IMO) turn time which of course translates to increased vacancy rates. 

My main goal has been to keep buying rental properties, however, so far my experience has been a very challenging one in Canada because of the tenancy laws, and interest rates.
