I am thinking of a system where my investor-based agent gives me a ball park, and after that I pay contractors to go in and give me itemized bids, what do you think about that?

Sellers did share numbers but they just lived there so doesn’t do much with collecting rent numbers. and agent is asking for numbers from OTHER UNITS because the one I have an offer on was personally occupied.do you have some to share? 

I paid the loan off in full earlier this year and am now under contract to sell, with the closing date upon us.
