Hello Justin,I would certainly put in a balloon feature of no more than 5 years on the note...particularly if you are fixing the interest rate.

@Bill Briscoe - We've fixed the problem, and formatting should be working now for IE8 users and below.That said, as an IE8 user, you don't get the full features of our WYSIWYG, so I definitely recommend upgrading your browser to IE9 or above, or using a new version of Safari, Firefox, or Chrome.
