When they realized that nowhere enough existing loans were available, they created a work around” that consisted of purchasing a newly originated loan through table funding  and meeting the seasoning requirement by having 3 months mortgage payments placed in escrow.  5 - The entire basis of hard money lending is that there is no formula or program or algorithm which can be used to predict which loans should be made and which avoided.
