I found out about this one because a potential victim spotted red flags and found me through public records.The potential victim told me the house was packed up so I went over today to take  a look.

This is also my first time going through the process, if you had any tips/ red flags when choosing one I would be extremely grateful. 

 (2)  Wall outlets were flagged as ungrounded, which suggests that there is no ground wire, ground is not properly connected, and/or reverse polarity.  

Mass Mutual is probably the best carrier for designing policies for leverage.

For example, it may be reasonable to not have a credit history if they just graduated high school but it would be a huge red flag if they were 30 years old.

There are many, many reasons why I shouldn't have married him and many red flags that should have served as warning.  

You don't need to wait for the perfect investment, but if a property keeps throwing up red flags or is going to require more of your time and money than you can reasonably commit, it's better to wait a little longer than to pull the trigger on something that will weigh you down.Best of luck!

In the moment, things were not as clearly red flags as I am able to tell them now.   

I will now plant my flag and say not at all the case.

The city inspector came out and gave it the green light for presale inspections, even though he was aware of the red flags.
