Hey @Akara Ambak - your first conversation should happen with an architect who has a better idea of what to do in these scenarios. 

Under the tax lien system, current law, the investor may file a foreclosure lawsuit when its been at least 3 years since the first auction but no more than 10 years.

With that said, a friend in Pittsburgh uses Zillow all the time and doesn't seem to have any issues.

If I don't setup the LLC and don't setup the bank account, then it will be a lot slower because every time when I sign for the offer or for some expense, I have to ask them to sign.
