Search for it here on BP.You can't do an option and seller financing, either or, not both.Sounds like you're into guru stuff, see an attorney, there are new federal seller financing laws, the SAFE Act, search that, get to know it if you want to do FS deals.Sounds like you could simply finance the option price on a lease option, it's not a second mortgage.Sounds like you need to study before you leap, but see a local attorney to put this together.
