# of phone calls, # of mailers sent out, $ spent on facebook ads, # and frequency of email blasts, # of networking meetings to attend, # of seller appointments, # of follow-up phone calls, etc.You then hold yourself accountable each evening and week.

I checked on the status of one scammer yesterday and the state found my complaint against them to be legally sufficient.

The Landlord-Tenant Act forbids landlords from terminating a tenancy, failing to renew a tenancy, or refusing to enter into a rental agreement because of a tenant’s status as a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking or unlawful harassment, or based on a tenant having terminated a rental agreement because of a similar incident."

I disclose my status as agent with my "superior and specialized knowledge".  

That means that the investor is the one claiming to be accredited or non-accredited and signs their name affirming their status.

I'm not trying to fear monger, but this sort of "creative thinking" always goes back to this and the IRS already makes it a "disadvantageous taxation status." 

I’d make sure they weren’t into drugs ( Facebook/ social media )and that there’s no serious convictions or registered sex offenses ( local online court dockets)

Google, Yelp, Facebook....they all have review platforms.

I think that once we go back to (a new form of) "normal", Silicon Valley tech companies (Google, Yahoo, Youtube, Facebook etc) will realize employees working remotely can be as productive as having them physically present on site.

Everyone is an individual -- there are good cops and bad cops, good doctors and bad doctors, good lawyers and bad lawyers...and their status could be affected by a multitude of reasons.
