We were extremely impressed with Synpro and how easy it was to onboard new investors.

Course was IMHO extremely thorough and detailed with lot of spreadsheet analysis getting into the weeds of MF investment analysis.

An agent who runs numbers like an investor and knows which deals are going to be attractive to them would likely be a really profitable agent whether the RE market is hot, or stone cold.

It may be more extreme then needed, but since you are either choosing to do things by the book, or do not speak with this person, certified letter with signature is proof that they received the letter.  

The closing is in 4 days, and the buyer reached out today wanting to terminate the contract due to cold feet and “the volatile stock market”.

(Obvsly hotel is not childproof and my kiddo is getting injured left and right everyday, it is extremely dangerous, not mentioning the risk of virus while living in a hotel).My mortgage lock expiration happened on 3/8 and mortgage expires on 4/8.At this stage I just want to get out of the contract and get a rental for 3-6 months.Any suggestions?
