Can NOT get another meter hooked up On the same property I have A singlewide A doublewide A studio aptThey all share the same well There is one electric meter for the singlewide And another meter for the well, doublewide and studioI can NOT get another meter Suggestions how to rent them and split the electric?

As a side note, I have a "property inspection kit" that I keep in my car at all times, it has a flashlight, tape measure, electrical outlet tester, screwdriver and multi-tool.

I'm currently an Engineer, and I know my way around electrical pretty well, along with troubleshooting various different types of equipment.

For yet others it is also includes plumbing & electrical or more (e.g. drainage connection).

On a side note, the electric stove works well, but has a crack in the glass where one of the burners are.

The units are currently separately metered for electric, and 7 of 8 units have separately metered gas lines for their stove-top.

@Dennis M. yes NH is expensive the average house price in the area I am purchasing is around the 200k for single families and right at 180k for multi families, if i go to more populated areas, multi families can get upwards of 200k-300k+ not to mention electricity in NH is astronomincal.It's hard to find a cash flowing property around here because most people want all the money for everything they list. 

Look at it this way.Every hour in America there is a grisly bloody horrible automobile accident that results in death. 

If the tenants are already paying for the electric why do you care?
