@Greg FontenotHey Greg, some ways (outside of paying someone 100s of dollars to skip trace them and find a number) are googling their name and seeing if you can find something, searching their name on Facebook to see if you can find and message them, or search that property address on your local tax assessor site and it should tell you their primary residence.

I dont think its worth getting a lawyer to sue them either however if you do have their address maybe your closing attorney can type up a threatening letter for free when can be sent to them.

I pose the question because I planned on getting a website that specifically catered towards sellers and thought it would be good to put that website address on the business card.
