Can it be done without their service, is it an efficient and effective method to collect data "real time" in one place with enough value to warrant the monthly fee?

If so how do you articulate your request to avoid the reverse effect?

Have you looked at deals in those areas that make sense to you and how funding (have you talked to lenders), repair, (do you have contractors you have talked to within those areas) manage the properties (self-manage/ hiring management) ?

I have to wait until 2019 when I have 2 years of self employment income to qualify for a mortgage. 

So, I do agree with James on the idea that the development taking place in Camden will have a greater effect on Camden, and not the surrounding area. 

I self manage. 

I send out something to the effect of "Thank you so much for your interest and application.

While not required to be done by a listing agent, I think it is negligent, and self defeating, for them not do this themselves before listing a property.
