The PV company advocates for wiring all the PV panels in series and then letting any excess electricity from the panels balance equally through all three meters - that's technically the most cost effective for the whole property, but would mean I need to install a bunch of extra hardware to measure actual electricity usage.

This will allow me to pursue my goal of hiking the AT from start to finish in 6 months.Year Long goal; to develop the means and methods to buy and manage real estate investments smartly, to find a duplex owned by a "tired" land lord in the Beavercreek and Springboro Ohio area that can be managed more effectively. 3 month goal; to line up a HELOC after interviewing multiple banks/CUs, to establish a well rounded networking group of experts and investors.  1 week goal; to look into different banks/ CUs per week and ask about their terms for HELOC.

." - solve that without involving a C-corp.And if I'm not mistaken, if you buy in a land trust with an LLC as designated beneficiary, you can change that without changing title.You need specialized advice, both from lawyers and CPAs.

Always a good idea to at least have a lawyer go over it to ensure you're covering all your bases.Purchase and Sale Agreement - This would come from the real estate broker you are dealing with.Lien Waiver - I cannot speak for CA, but I know that in FL there are very specific wordings (only about two sentences) that are provided by the Florida Statues that everyone can use for simplicity.There are many different types of contracts involved but these are the first three that came to my mind.
