Hi everyone, I will like to share opinions about Kiyosaki’s announcement about the economic crisis that he says is coming.

There is a difference between losing 1% EMD and losing 25-50% EMD, which would be a large chunk of someones net worth (most Americans would not be able to come up with this amount)The economics of this tell me more people would begin renting. 

Will keep you guys updated with how it plans out especially in the challenging economic times we having not only in South Africa but Africa as a whole.

Of course I want more people asking me favors like to borrow tools, money, vehicles, give me a ride to the doctor, help move something, help fix something(not related to your investment), babysit for free, go to some party, invite themselves to your party, ask life advice, talk about all their economic-health-life woes etc, etc....of course that's nothing compared to "bro, I'm gonna be late for rent"But...hey!

But, the same economic forces that are pushing the cap rates down are also pushing the incomes up.

Especially during this economic climate.

That will certainly play a factor in the economics.

No wonder American cities remain far less livable than our European counterparts...Regarding the economics, a 9 year ROI is tremendous in a market with a 3% cap rate.

Not rushing into to other deals right of the bat will allow you to focus on the basics of residential property investing; including the economics, learning how to manage, not to mention whether this is something that you actually LIKE doing.
