I have some renter information, but that can be tough to filter at times!

Unless this is a close friend or family member whose future you really care about and it's money you could write off easily if/when there is no payback, I wouldn't even consider this.If this person is very experienced and has a proven track record and business plan, I *might* consider it.  

The process is not quick as Google has changed its algorithms to filter out "content-spinning".

Our budget can easily afford the property if no tenants since we are debt free and would be paying cash.
