These people have not paid taxes and the property will eventually go to some sort of tax sale if not paid off.Vacant/Abandoned (Driving for dollars) You'll likely have to skip trace the owner to try to contact them.

So you'll hopefully be making serious monthly cashflow, you won't have capital expenses because of the NNN lease, and you'll be guaranteed a $50K increase when John exercises the option at the end of the 5 year purchase option.Without going too deep into the details, I think you've landed a winner.
