Currently in due diligence on a 18 unit that I plan to convert to section 8 rentals, how do you guys recommend screening section 8 tenants specifically?

@Ane DeysI would not generalize all REITs as being equal and there are also a lot of private funds who did not go the REIT route as a reit, while having specific tax benefits is also required to be passive.

Does anyone have a current lease agreement that is specific to Colorado and will work for renting a furnished room in primary residence?
