Alternatively if you have more than 5 employees, the income is treated as active income and taxed a lot less.Obviously a corporation acts as a liability defense.

We're not a vacation spot so most people that stay with us for a night or two are in the area for an event of some type such as a graduation, wedding, conference, etc.

This is both an offensive and a defensive tactic.

I came here in the mid 2000's for a conference at the Broadmoor, and knew that I'd live in Colorado someday.
