I've always used turbo tax or H and R Block to this point and never had a tax advisor before.

The guy is either in the Eastern block the Caribbean  middle east or AFrica.. those stolen wires bounce into those accounts and are off shore in a matter of minutes.. 

The property is 2 blocks from a beautiful beach, in an up and coming area. 

It's also block to block and you REALLY need to know the area.

It is in a very good neighborhood (only 2 blocks from my other property) in the southern Mississippi area with a huge yard. l'll be able to get it rented out very quickly as this area is in high demand. 

Here in MD, Block M Investments will do a 5 year loan at 16%.

One zone in midtown is ON Biscayne, 3 blocks from the Bay, and runs right between the new construction on 3 sides.

Currently tenants have to walk a couple blocks to a laundry mat.

A home I was interested in purchasing  was a few blocks from the leasing office.Working at the property office also gave me an inside look at the neighborhood.

-Caulk driveway cracks and other exterior concrete with concrete sealant-Check/replace weather stripping on doors(important for cold climates, but also retaining AC in hot climates)
