We decided to sell it and use the equity for fun and future investments.

I dealt tables games at a casino for several years, and one of my favorite things is when one of the "taxes are evil" guys would play Mississippi Stud and complain.

You could do very well with a house hack, renting rooms to other students who just happen to be friends of yours to make it fun for everyone, but making money for you.

Food- Eat out only once a week for fun, even for lunch. 

I just saw that one of the casino chains is laying off 28,000 people.

Now we are in a horrible situation where the process should have been clean and fun.

I remember warming up in a back corner of a gym, it was late, there were only a handful of people there, and it would have been the perfect time to sandbag a match and have some fun with my buddies that night.

Definitely not for everyone, but if you like problem solving, seeing the way things were done in the past, and don’t mind blowing the project timeline and going way over budget ;), it’s a lot of fun.

These meetup groups are probably fun (never been to one), but not necessary.
