There has been a tremendous boom in multifamily the last 6 years.

I work in the upstate and Greenville is booming right now with all the industry that's moved in lately.

I started Selling houses in College and was making good dow, and started working with a investor house he flip I got the listing, So boom I had it made, Finally it was last year in school, He died and I have sold over 36 homes in San Diego La Jolla Market avrg. price was $1.5M so no pocket change commission it was nice for a 22 year old,  made really good money, but had nothing to show, Just cars and clothing and few rolexes. 

The city tax collector website has the option to buy the city's lien against the house - does anyone have any experience doing this?

That area was lacking housing due to the oil and gas boom a few years ago.
