Just make sure it extends past the landscape bed just a little or it will flood out the bed, if there is one.

The other reason is that many of these properties tend to need work and many retail buyers don't want to do a lot of work.DO NOT try any funny business by trying to go around the firstlook rule, its not worth the trouble!

Walgreen's, Starbucks, Best Buy, Wal-Mart: these are all corporate-operated retail sites, and not owning the land/building allows the companies to concentrate on convincing you to patronize them, instead of worrying about what to do in 10 years when they decide to move locations.Ever seen a dark (empty) Best Buy or Wal-Mart?
