We have been renovating multiple homes at a time for a solid 2 years (the 1st 6 months we had only 1 going on back in 2011..1st flip we bought in April 2011)the arrangement is that we pay our guy a salary and a smaller % of each deal, so the quicker and cheaper they are, the more he makes and the more we do.

That is a big question, if not, there is no written agreement and you have very limited arrangements..cause to bail before closing.

And continue to track your monthly expenses (including that extra student loan payment), you may find other other opportunities to increase it again and to adjust that extra monthly payment (and dont cancel it) if income increases or other expenses are cut.Also, you mentioned your in an affordable housing arrangement now?

I agree with Todd, not a fan of turnkey provider arrangements at all. 

After the call was arranged, when I told them the call would be 3 way and from an unknown caller, now they do not want to talk stating we want to know the owner’s number.
