@Jessica PerezLenders don't allow down payments to be borrowed so if you are leading with that it might have contributed to why you have been told no by lenders.

Also agree above not sure $50 late fees are legal but neither was this deal either unless bank crazily actually approved seller paying your full downpayment lol ive never seen that allowed.

It would seem that zoning wouldn't allow that hotels to convert to residential, but IDK.
