I find it frustrating that TKs' now openly state that they rather get the sales done quickly by selling preferably to cash buyers (regardless of where they came from) than allowing for financed deals that admittedly take a little longer.

And we too would have a hard time asking for a $500 rent increase as we would be hard-pressed to determine how anyone could afford such an increase.  

We decided it would be best to sell and move to something more affordable that we could grow into.We listed the house and multiple offers over asking price later, we took our profit and moved on.Lessons learned?

SOooooo I've been digging deeper into low income affordable housing and doing developments in the city of Lake Elsinore.

(I have thought about it but needed to build my company to afford me the opportunities to invest.), not being prepared for this boom. 

I’m getting a sense your frustrated because it’s so hard to find a good investment.

With the recent election, one council member is somewhat opposed to STR (or more strict regulation) whereas a few of the others (as well as the new Mayor) seem to support STR and trying to find a path forward to support STRs and affordable housing.

I have interviewed a couple of services, but I am not having any luck finding a reliable and affordable company.
