If it needs to be more discreet, you can find analog (https://goo.gl/DLQwFZ) or digital (http://a.co/gJbePoa) ones through a web search.Since I plan to hold really long term, the hassle and labor to install is large, and I don't have to have to coordinate with tenants around utility-related work in the future, I buy the most durable meters I can find in hopes I don't need to touch them again.

I require the same rental agreement be agreed to on VRBO, AirBNB, and my web site bookings, so I had to update your wording a little bit to refer to OTAs.

They'll likey treat the interior as the exterior.also verify the landlord is in fact the owner of the property via the web & that the tenant, in fact, lives there.

in response to queries re aimloam.com, i would rate them as the best financing co i have come across - i encountered the typicaly things like lots of docs reqd, at times i wanted faster respone etc.. but overall interest rates are the best i have encounted and i still have three mortgages through them, they are a direct lender, everying done electonically thru web and email plus they have agents you can talk to over phone

Normally what I do is get on the property I'm researching county appraisers web page find the property on the map after entering an address near the property Sometimes the listed owners mailing address shows if it doesn't I get the parcel number go to the county's tax collector website using the parcel number pull up the records and there you will find the owners info.
