I think the seller knows this and betting on me to drop the case because of that. 

Best bet is to have your staging person or cabinet person help with color/supply.

Thanks Will BarnardI think I got my answer on my question on this equity & REO.I think the best bet is look at the property, run some comps, and see if the REO is indeed a good deal or not.

@Steve Babiak , I bet he can link an a thread about a year or so ago on the topic, touches on several aspects.To make it seem bigger as if there were partners, you could name it:Dewy, Chetum & Howe LLC........Well, maybe not, LOL :)

All bets are off regarding leveling since you have some crazy stuff going on there.

I'm 32yr so I'm betting on my renters buying these homes for me and me retiring selling them or living off the income.
