Favorite store: Tile for LessAlso, if this is the same house with the radiant heat, be careful with hardwood and laminates as they can buckle where tile will conduct the heat wonderfully.

Hi,Sorting out some pieces here and I think we've been staring at this too long so your fresh insights would go a long way.Took title to property in personal name and now doing some tax planning, estate planning, asset protection and privacy.I'm greatly oversimplifying that survey says use trusts to hold props, llcs as beneficiary and maybe other entity to control/manage.Where it gets especially hairy is single v. multi-member, member-managed v. manager managed (and professional manager), partnership v passthrough to 1040, avoidance of self-employment tax, and preserving passive income status (if it's not offset by valid expenses) to name a few.Then there's the issue of collecting rents and paying mortgage.

Met them at the store to verify funds and where the cameras are rolling so they cant pull any funny stuff. 30yr shingles wont eliminate the warps, but it will sure hide them better and they will notice the beautifull new architectual roof more than the god awful warps.

Generally, they will cover how long the rent has to go unpaid before the owner can remove and store or sell the contencts to cover the unpaid balance.You're best bet is to get the guy to agree to let his wife move the stuff out, other than that, study up on the storage laws in your state.

With a large coat, you can carry in a pocket, you might ruin a coat, but you don't have to take it out in a pinch....I hope this doesn't get into all kinds of fantasy situations.....Now, since there are so many places you can't carry, public parks in my area, banks, stores, resturants..epecially where they serve booze, it's better to keep the thing in the car if it's out at all, IMO.
