Hi there @Kenita James - So did your Realtor send you the actual MLS listing URL and on that webpage it says $78k?

I tried reading through a few pages of posts and couldn't find an answer to my situation.I've come across a pretty good foreclosure deal on a fourplex and the numbers look very good.

It's likely I will not have to pay them for anything related to a purchase or sale (included with plan), therefore I'd like to have someone experienced.
