I agree that most folks don't like seeing the cost increase as they enter the details of their stay (myself included), but this additional cost is usually split by at least 2 parties or even 3 when there are 8 guests staying.

That is the best track for agents who are veterans because you will understand more about buying when deployed and the transient nature of ownership if you are still in so this is smart.

., but we thought initially it would be best to offer a cash down amount($20,000) and then offer a percentage of revenue over a three year time frame.
