My concentration for research has been in Pennsylvania (New Castle mainly), and I'd like to form a group to accelerate our growth and understanding.

So far, we've pieced along different elements of this (different tax person each year, no LLC to one to now 2 this year, haven't yet used a bookkeeper...)trying to streamline systems and have a solid foundation for our fairly new and growing real estate portfolio.

We advise our clients to use other strategies that we provide, that are more effective, for people willing to put a little new thought into investing.

I am not sure if this is the right place or not but I wanted some input into any obvious issues with my lease option offers to the tenant buyer that earns plenty of income but doesn't have the cash right now and wants to improve credit before purchasing but would like to lock in the price as our market is still struggling with inventory. 

Are there specific sites or processes to get into the list for  Fort Worth and McKinney to to list your property as a rental for section 8 tenants?

With the interest rates being a little higher right now most of our investors are putting 30-40% down to make it make sense for them.

I've researched property data aggregation and skip tracing sites, but am moreso focused on finding cash buyers/investors.

We are no longer occupying our house starting June 1.

I am a newbie/rookie and would appreciate any help navigating this site and best way to get the best out this site.
