In general ADUs add less value than their cost.

After the construction is over there will be no loan, just cash flow, which would results appx. in 10% after all other costs deducted.

Insurance company now refuses to share their part of the cost.

I self financed it until I had to take on some loans due to delays and cost overruns (ever heard of such a thing???).

I purchased them several years prior to Covid at a very low price compared to today's market.
