What are some of the tips & tricks to do this?

I'm having a hard time getting them to respond to a listing they have had for 100+ days and when we went to look at the property, signs and lock boxes had "disappeared" - much like described in here: [LINK REMOVED BY ADMIN] Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them.

I appreciate any guidance on what I should look out for initially, as well as tips and tricks from any of your past lessons learned.I wish everyone here, who cares as much to have read this, success.
